Year 2- Overview

         Educational Support:

  • Provided financial assistance to cover WAEC (West African Examinations Council) fees for 3 deserving students from low-income households.

         Beneficiary Support:

  • Continued our unwavering commitment to supporting our network of widows and their families.
  • Extended ongoing assistance to our beneficiaries living with Sickle Cell Disease.
  • Despite the heartbreaking loss of Happiness, we remain dedicated to honoring her memory and supporting others facing similar challenges.

          Documentary and Advocacy:

  • Produced a documentary investigating the issue of child labor in Ikorodu, Lagos, Nigeria.
  • Successfully launched the ‘Streets to Class Initiative,’ raising funds to reintegrate 5 children from low-income households in Ikorodu into formal education.

          Strategic Partnerships:

  • Cultivated valuable collaborations throughout the year, resulting in notable achievements
  • In partnership with The Destiny Trust Foundation, secured scholarships and living arrangements for two homeless children who were the primary beneficiaries of our Streets to Class Initiative.
  • Collaborated with the Sterling One Foundation to initiate a fundraiser focused on sustaining educational opportunities for children from underprivileged backgrounds over multiple years.
